I just saw a post that an agency sent an email to their clients saying matching has begun. From past experience, that usually means they are almost done and packages will be mailed soon.
I'm guessing that they get to the 10th, wishing for more, and always expect less.

Fingerprints - again
We had our appointment this morning to be fingerprinted - for the 3rd (and last) time! Luckily, this time was free.
I have heard rumblings that the orphanage "donation" fee is going up April 1 - from $3000 to $5000! Now we have to scramble to come up with another $2000 before we go to China. It just keeps getter better....

Easter
We had 17 people for dinner today - pure chaos, but pure fun. We had ham, lamb, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, spinach casserole, and pineapple stuffing. Celeste made cupcakes for the kids and carrot cake for the adults. YUM!
I thought of you all day, especially when your cousins were hunting for eggs. Next year it will be your turn to join in the fun. See you in my dreams tonight.

Predictions anyone?
There are several sites I frequent to guess when we might see our angel's face. Here are their guesses:
China Adoption Forecast: If China did all future referrals at the exact same speed as they did this month: 2008-04-15. Our best guess - a weighted average of recent CCAA velocities, guessing that CCAA will perform about as well in the future as they are performing now, but might return to previous trends: 2008-04-11. That's our best guess for when you might receive your referral. Just at a guess, we can suppose that the CCAA either speeds up or slows down significantly, and show you those dates. If they speed up: 2008-03-23. And if they slow down: 2008-05-22.
